Balancing Expectations and Wisdom
by Stuart Drescher, PhD
Does the holiday season bring you an insanely wrapped package of increased responsibilities, decisions and unwanted emotions? In this education meeting, originally presented on November 4, 2015,  Stuart Drescher, Ph.D., presents ways to take care of yourself in the face of the increased stress of the holidays.
Dr. Drescher, a member of the Bateman Horne Center Board of Directors, maintains a full-time clinical practice in psychology and selectively consults with businesses in organizational and cultural dynamics.  His clinical work focuses in two areas: a depth approach to relationships, personal growth and healing; and a discovery approach in working with people who have, among others, Fibromyalgia and ME/CFS.  His work with illness emphasizes coping, adapting, and living with meaning.
