The latest of the US Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC’s) Patient-Centered Outreach and Communication Activity (PCOCA) telephone conference calls for ME/CFS will take place on Thursday, June 23, and will feature Dr. Jarred Younger on “Current and Future Research on ME/CFS Treatments – an Update from the Field”

Dr. Younger, who is Director of the Neuroinflammation, Pain and Fatigue Lab at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, uses neuroimaging, pharmaceutical, and immunological techniques to investigate the role of inflammation in chronic pain and fatigue, and focuses on ME/CFS, fibromyalgia and Gulf War Syndrome.
