I am guilty of “not listening” to these patients…a 20 minute appointment is never long enough. I CAN make changes to accommodate them.

It is a kind reminder that we ARE the ones in charge and can make changes in our practice to accommodate these and other time intensive patients. I also think it was not an accident that this CME came during this pandemic. It is a reminder that we have to make changes as a profession…

The orthostatic intolerance videos were superb. There was so much I didn’t know, and it helped to point me to new treatment directions I hadn’t tried. Everything was beautifully explained, and the illustrations helped a lot. You guys are fantastic.
