BHC Nurse Practitioner
Jennifer Bliss, MSN, AGNP-C, is a compassionate and highly experienced nurse practitioner who brings more than 30 years of clinical care, health education, and leadership to her role at the Bateman Horne Center. With a career spanning ambulatory cardiac care, long-term and geriatric health, women’s health, and surgical services, Jennifer offers a deeply informed, patient-centered approach to supporting those with complex chronic illnesses such as ME/CFS, Long COVID, and associated conditions.
Jennifer earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Binghamton University, where she received the Excellence in Advanced Nursing Practice Award in Adult Gerontological Nursing. Her graduate training focused on improving care for underserved, rural, and vulnerable populations. She also completed clinical rotations in internal medicine, long-term care, and gynecology/obstetrics, consistently earning top evaluations from her preceptors.
Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Jennifer served as a registered nurse and clinical instructor, and held diverse roles in surgical centers, public health programs, and nonprofit initiatives across Utah and New York. She has also volunteered internationally with medical missions in Mexico and remains passionate about wellness and preventive care. Jennifer is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is licensed in both Utah and New York.
At Bateman Horne Center, Jennifer contributes her clinical expertise, empathy, and educator’s mindset to advancing whole-person care for patients navigating post-infectious illness.
