Supplemental Services to Patients
Bateman Horne Center (BHC) is empowering patients, advancing research, and improving clinical care for all those impacted by Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS) and Fibromyalgia (FM). As a key part of our mission, we provide the following free services to bring education, connection, and hope to patients and their families:
Monthly Education Meeting: 1st Wednesday of every month, 7 p.m. Join us for educational lectures and panels on a range of topics related to ME/CFS and FM at the Salt Lake County Council Chambers, Salt Lake County Complex, 2001 South State Street, Salt Lake City. Check the Education Meeting calendar for speakers and topics.
Those unable to attend in person can view the live stream on youtube.com/c/OfferutahOrg/live.
Monthly Lunch n’ Learn: 3rd Wednesday of every month, 11:30 a.m. Share friendship and food while discussing an interesting illness-related article. Whether you have or know a loved one with ME/CFS or FM, we welcome anyone who is hungry to learn more about these diseases. Attendees are responsible for the cost of their own lunch chosen from the menu. Check the Lunch and Learn calendar for locations and topics.
