Resources for the ME/CFS and FM Community
Bateman Horne Center (BHC) is empowering patients, advancing research, and improving clinical care for all those impacted by Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS) and Fibromyalgia (FM). As a key part of our mission, we provide the following free services to bring education, connection, and hope to patients and their families:
Free Classes & Support Groups: Check the BHC events calendar to find classes led by Dr. Bateman and other BHC staff as well as our monthly support group schedule led by Dr. Elizabeth Sherlock.
Monthly Education Meeting: Our monthly Education Series shifted in the new year. Instead of a live-stream event we will release the video on the first Wednesday of every month on our website,YouTube channel, and Facebook page. These are educational lectures and panels on a range of topics related to ME/CFS and FM.
Check out upcoming events with speakers and topics on our Facebook page.
Monthly Lunch & Learn: 3rd Thursday of every month, 11:30 a.m. Share friendship and food while discussing an interesting illness-related article. Whether you have or know a loved one with ME/CFS or FM, we welcome anyone who is hungry to learn more about these diseases. Attendees are responsible for the cost of their own lunch chosen from the menu. Check the Lunch & Learn calendar for locations and topics.
Patient Library: Visit our patient library to watch previous patient conference and education meeting presentations, download resources, and access helpful links.
